The skill-set of our clients vary. Some are very skilled at performing various challenging exercises while some lack the ability or are at a loss of what to do to get the best results for their fitness goals. The one area that some struggle is lack of knowledge of what to do to get the “edge.” That’s where we come in! Exercise is a science. For example, knowing the order to perform an exercise routine, or which exercises, from several exercises, for the same muscle group, will provide the best outcome is what we will employ when we design your program for results and safety. There is a reason why top athletes have coaches and that’s to fill in the gaps of their knowledge. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities, We go it! Do you have the will?
REGULAR RATES – 60 MINUTES EXERCISE PROGRAM DESIGN (1 ON 1) WITH A PERSONAL TRAINER
The Exercise Program Design - We design the program and you do it on your own. Client may purchase additional sessions if more instructions is needed. Program Design package expires 3 months after purchase.

- We offer exercise program design(s) for persons who want a certified personal trainer to write-up an exercise program for them to follow. This process consists of six stages:
- Exploratory Stage 1 – Free 45 minutes consultation to discuss your health and fitness goals
- Workout Session 1: Stage 2 – Conduct fitness assessment to identify your fitness strengths and areas of needs improvements
- Behind the scenes: After fitness assessment, I analyze the data and create a report for presentation of the plan to improve your fitness level. A copy of the plan will be emailed to you for review.
- Workout Session 2: Stage 3 – Together we review the results briefly and agree on the method to follow for reaching your fitness goals. Exercise instructions follow
- Workout Sessions 3: Stage 4 – We review previous lesson then continue with additional exercise as part of your program design
- Workout Session 4: Stage 5: We review previous lessons then continue with additional exercise as part of your program design
- Workout Session 5: Stage 6: Your trainer reviews previous lessons by having you take the trainer through the entire program based on what you have learned for coaching results
This is a basic example of how the six sessions will be scheduled. In some cases, more exercise instruction sessions may be suggested based on the client’s need to receive more practice time performing the exercises in front of the trainer.
