WEEKLY FLEXIBILITY CLASSES IN DURHAM BEGIN IN NOVEMBER

In November, we will offer flexibility classes in Durham at our YOUTRAINFITNESS® Personal Facility.   Initially we will run two classes.  The first class will be “beginner stretches to improve overall flexibility.” The second class will be “chair supported stretches and leg strengthening exercises.”  Additionally, specialty classes will be offered for relieving sore backs and knees.  We will also facilitate a class for addressing muscles that are prone to tightness.  The single and prepaid packs are below followed by the opportunity to class schedule your class.

BEGINNER STRETCHES TO IMPROVE OVERALL FLEXIBILITY

LEVEL: This beginner class is perfect for those new to stretching and want to improve their flexibility.

WHEN: Sundays - 10:00am - 11:15pm, Tuesdays and Thursdays 6:45pm - 8:00pm

WHERE: YOUTRAINFITNESS® Facility

SLOTS: 10 or fewer available

INSTRUCTOR: Patrick Service

DESCRIPTION: This beginner stretching class focuses on guiding participants through eight to 12 gentle stretches that will target the upper, middle and lower body.  Participants will need to be able to use the floor for performing the stretches for best results.  We will  hold each stretch for about 60 seconds in a circuit like fashion and repeat the same stretches for up to four times.

SEATED SUPPORTED STRETCHES AND LEG STRENGTHENING EXERCISES

LEVEL: This beginner class is perfect for those who would like to use a chair for performing stretches and lower body strengthening exercises.

WHEN: Sundays - 12:00pm - 1:15pm, Tuesdays and Thursdays 12:45pm - 2:00pm
