DESCRIPTION: Periodically, two individuals want to train together, however their ability levels do not match. One person may be new to exercising while the other person may be a former athlete and not a stranger to exercise.... and they want to be supportive of each other.
That's where the "personal and partner training hybrid" comes in. This training program is similar to partner training, however; you obtain the benefit of receiving 1:1 personal training for 6 - 30-minute lessons (but actually get 60 minutes of the trainer's time) and partner training 6 - 45-minute lessons.
