  • Please register more than 6 hours before the class starts
  • Registration ends 6 hours before the class starts

Beginner Stretching Class Short Demonstration

LEVEL: Beginner – Perfect for anyone new to stretching who wants to improve flexibility.

WHEN:

  • Thursdays: 7:00 PM – 8:00 PM (Book by 1:00 PM)

INSTRUCTOR: Patrick Service

DESCRIPTION:
This beginner-friendly class guides participants through gentle stretches for the upper, middle, and lower body. Classes start with a warm-up to prepare the body, followed by a sequence of stretches, each held for at least 60 seconds—the duration research shows is ideal for improving flexibility. Participants should be able to use the floor for best results.

CHAIR STRETCHING, LEGS STRENGTHENING AND BALANCE EXERCISES

LEVEL: Beginner – Perfect for those who want to use a chair for balance, leg strengthening, and stretching exercises.

WHEN:

DESCRIPTION:
This beginner-friendly class focuses on gentle, chair-based stretches along with balance and leg-strengthening exercises designed to help prevent falls. Each session begins with a warm-up, moves into targeted balance and strengthening exercises, and concludes with a full-body stretching routine for the upper, middle, and lower body.
