DESCRIPTION:
This beginner-friendly class guides participants through gentle stretches for the upper, middle, and lower body. Classes start with a warm-up to prepare the body, followed by a sequence of stretches, each held for at least 60 seconds—the duration research shows is ideal for improving flexibility. Participants should be able to use the floor for best results.
