Small group exercise classes are great for building a social connection for people who thrive when working out with others (in a group).  There are many other benefits noted here and it can certainly help with exercise adherence. 

At YOUTRAINIFITNESS we also believe in offering these benefits to our clients and to further add to these benefits, we want to provide our clients with a private workout facility (just the tribe) , safe exercises for their specific goals, concentrated attention, and individualized exercises that will ensure that they get the results they deserve in the fastest time possible. To accomplish these and more we offer Trio Training. 

Trio training consists of 3 people and 1  trainer.  Same high quality training as partner training with the lowest price point where we pass the savings on to our clients.  If your goal is fat loss, building strength, you have no serious health issues and/or are relatively skilled to perform exercise with coaching, trio training is right for you.  Schedule a free consultation and we can provide more details.

DESCRIPTION: Training with a personal trainer (exercise coach) can help you to work toward your exercise goals while also benefiting from the coaches Knowledgeable, Skills, and Abilities. In a group of three (Trio Training), you will not only get the support you need to stay motivated; you will improve the connection that you have with one another because you are all working on the same goal (i.e. becoming healthier). The MINIMUM number of lessons available for purchase per package is 4. The MAXIMUM number of lessons available is 12. All packaged lessons expire 6 months after purchase.

  • 45 minutes Trio Training Lessons (3 people with 1 trainer): This service is ideal for clients who want to share the reduced cost and training experience together.  Clients who invest in trio training lessons do best when they have had some training experience and are near the same fitness level.
When structuring our trio trainings we first find out if any of the participants have an prior injuries.  Based on the response, we offer modifications to the exercises we will do or avoid some exercises.  It’s important to us that we choose exercises and equipment that will keep our participants safe.  We also aim to keep the movements simple and allow for each lesson to build on one another.
 
Those who get the most out of trio training are participants who continue with the program.  As they continue, they become more used to the exercises, learn new movement, and master old movements.  They also become my confident and can train at a higher intensity.  If you are never tried trio training before and you’ve got two friends, try it!
