LEVEL: This beginner class is perfect for those new to stretching and want to improve their flexibility.
WHEN: Various Saturdays 9:30am - 10:30am or 11:30am - 12:30pm (Trial)
Sundays 1:00pm - 2:00pm (Trial for November)
Tuesdays and Thursdays 7:00pm - 8:00pm (Regular)

DESCRIPTION: This beginner stretching class focuses on guiding participants through gentle stretches that will target the upper, middle and lower body. Participants will need to be able to use the floor for performing the stretches for best results. We will begin the class with a warm-up to prepare the body for stretching then perform a sequence of stretches. We will hold each stretch for at least 60 seconds to support the research on how long a stretch should be held for improving flexibility.
