We offer personal, partner, and trio training, as well as group stretching classes—so whether you prefer one-on-one guidance or the camaraderie of a group, we’ve got you covered.

  • Please register at least 6 hours before class to secure your spot
  • Registration closes 6 hours before class starts—don't miss out
  • Space is limited: Only 10 participants per class, so be sure to sign up early.
  • Plenty of FREE PARKING available for your convenience
  • Our door opens 15 minutes before class starts—come early to get settled.
  • Classes begin promptly at the scheduled time, so please arrive a little early!
  • Lockers are available for personal items. Please bring only the essentials to class.

I had the privilege of experiencing Patrick's stretching class, and it was wonderful!
