Unlike larger fitness studios or franchise gyms, our private training facility provides personalized attention and beginner-friendly instruction. We meet you where you are and support your progress every step of the way.

My name is Patrick Service, MS, ACSM-EP. I am certified by the American College of Sports Medicine as both a Personal Trainer and Exercise Physiologist.  I’m honored to guide you through your stretching journey.

I had the privilege of experiencing Patrick's stretching class, and it was wonderful!   • Advanced registration is required for each class.
  • Please register at least 6 hours in advance to secure your spot.
  • Registration closes 6 hours before class begins—don’t miss out!
  • Space is limited to 10 participants per class, so sign up early.
  • Enjoy plenty of FREE parking for your convenience.
  • Receive a complimentary Sit-and-Reach Test with the purchase of a 5- or 10-class Prepaid pack.
  • Doors open 15 minutes before class, so feel free to arrive early and get settled.
  • Classes start promptly at the scheduled time—please arrive a few minutes early.
  • Lockers are available for personal items; bring only what you need.
