The PEAMS CHALLENGE® is an incentive awards program that YOUTRAINFITNESS® promotes to encourage the frequent, continued and effective practice of physical exercise.

The program will occur frequently throughout the year.

Participants may get involved in the PEAMS CHALLENGE® by visiting www.youtrainfitness.com to register and download a prerecorded audio file that they will play while performing one or more physical exercises for the upper, middle and or lower body.  Once the participant has performed one of the suggested exercises, the participant will post his/her exercise participation on any social media site (e.g. Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, Linkedin) of his/her preference.  Once the video is posted, he/she will notify us.  We will view the video and enter the individual’s name in a drawing to be awarded with a prize each month while the PEAMS CHALLENGE® event in occurring

No, Option 1. You may upload a video to YouTube as UNLISTED.  Only persons (like us) whom you send the video link can view it.  Option 2. If you do not have a YouTube account, you may send us a copy of the video using an external service, (e.g. www.wetransfer.com).   Note: if you win the drawing, we will post or mention your first name, last initial, city and state.

Yes! Upon verifying your participation video in the PEAMS CHALLENGE® you name will be added to a list with other eligible participants.  Thereafter, a random drawing from YOUTRAINFITNESS® www.youtrainfitness.com  will occur at least 1x per month.

The prize selection for the selected winner will be one of the following: a blue PEAMS® product, 12-piece Resistance tubes, or 6-mini bands set.  See more details about the prizes here (COMING SOON).

There is no cost to participate.  If you win the challenge, we ask that you pay the shipping cost to receive your prize at this time.  The typical cost to ship your prize within the USA (based on your location) will be up to $25 PEAMS® Push-up Mat, $10 Resistance Tubes or $5 Mini Band Set.  If your shipping cost exceeds the shipping amount, we will pay the difference.

No, your participation video in the challenge automatically makes you eligible

Yes!  Throughout the year we may participate in hosted events to promote the PEAMS CHALLENGE®?  Here are examples (COMING SOON) of public events.

Currently, the physical exercises are variations of pushups for upper body, planks for middle body, and squats for lower body.  More exercises (e.g. balance) may be added later.

No, however, we encourage every participant to talk with his/her health care provider about the nature of the PEAMS CHALLENGE® to learn if it’s suitable for them based on any health concerns.

You my request the prerecorded audio file here (COMING SOON). Once you have submitted the request form, you will automatically receive the audio file via email to download.

We will use your email address to send you your audio file and announce winners.  We may also send you additional information related to other PEAMS CHALLENGE® you may unsubscribe from emails at any time.

At registration, you will have the option to submit your mailing address and telephone number, however; it is not required to receive your audio file.  If you win a prize, you will need to send us your name and telephone number so that we can mail your prize.  Submitting that information in the beginning makes it easier to contact you and send you your prize if you win sooner.
