Personal and Semi-Private Training have grown increasingly popular. Couples or friends who want to train together often choose semi-private sessions with a certified personal trainer.

  • Partner Training – for two people, training together with your own trainer.

  • Trio Training – for three people, sharing expert guidance while keeping sessions personal.

Both options provide motivation, accountability, and expert instruction.

Partner or Trio Training:

  • Train with a partner (2 people) or a **tribe (3 people) in our Trio Training program.

  • Some sessions may bring out friendly competitiveness, while others focus on collaboration to achieve goals together.

  • Every session is fun and challenging, tailored to each participant’s ability.

  • If you and your partner have different abilities, we recommend private personal training or the Private Personal + Partner Training Hybrid to start.

What is the private personal and partner training hybrid training that you offer?


PRIVATE PERSONAL AND SEMI-PRIVATE (PARTNER) TRAINING HYBRID

DESCRIPTION:

Sometimes two people want to train together, but their fitness levels don’t match. One may be new to exercise, while the other is a former athlete—but they still want to support each other.

That’s where the Private Personal + Partner Training Hybrid comes in. This program combines the benefits of:

  • Private personal training – 6 sessions of 1:1 training (each 30 minutes, but you get 60 minutes of trainer time).

  • Private partner training – 6 sessions of partner training (each 45 minutes).

To ensure the program is effective and personalized, the hybrid is offered as a 12-session package.

6 – 30 MINS PRIVATE PERSONAL TRAININGS AND 6 – 45 MINS PRIVATE PARTNER TRAININGS (2 PEOPLE)

KEY POINTS TO CONSIDER WHEN YOU COMBINE PRIVATE PERSONAL AND PARTNER TRAINING

  • Who it’s for:

    • Ideal for clients who want to share the cost and train together.
    • Works well when partners are of different fitness levels and may not have extensive training experience.

    How it works:

    • Both partners are present for all sessions.
    • During the 30-minute personal training segment:

    Partner A works one-on-one with the trainer.

    Partner B does cardiovascular exercises independently (bodyweight exercises like jumping jacks, high knees, jump rope, or machines like treadmill, elliptical, or bike).

    • Partners switch roles after 30 minutes.

    Total Training Time:

    • Each session provides 45–60 minutes of trainer time.

    Package Requirements:

    • Due to the attention to detail and individualized programming, the minimum number of sessions is 12.

    Next Steps:

    • After completing the initial hybrid sessions, partners may:

    o  Continue with regular partner training sessions.

    o  Repeat the hybrid sessions to learn additional exercises.
