MY PROCESS:
This is a highly personalized approach designed for anyone — no matter your age — who is ready to invest in their long-term health and wellness. Here’s how I create a program tailored to your needs:
Step 1: Free 45-Minute Consultation
We’ll talk about your goals and I’ll give you an overview of how I’ll design your program. This is your chance to ask questions and make sure we’re on the same page.
Step 2: Fitness Assessment
I’ll assess your current fitness level, considering factors like mobility, flexibility, strength, and any existing injuries. From there, I’ll create a customized workout plan that suits your individual needs.
Step 3: Program Kickoff
In our first 1:1 session, I’ll go over the plan in detail, explaining each exercise and how it contributes to your long-term health. We’ll also get started with the first exercises, focusing on technique and safety.
Step 4: Progress and Adjustments
As we continue, I’ll monitor your progress and make any necessary adjustments to keep you progressing safely and effectively.
Step 5: Mastery & Review
By this stage, you’ll have a good understanding of your program. We’ll review what you’ve learned, and I’ll help you fine-tune your technique to ensure you’re moving optimally.
Step 6: Full Program Execution
In your final session, you’ll take me through the program, demonstrating what you’ve learned. By this point, you’ll feel confident and ready to continue the program on your own, with the option of ongoing support.
