OUR FEATURED SERVICE  - NEW CLIENT 1 ON 1 - 60 MINUTES PERSONAL TRAINING [LIMITED TIME]

The MAXIMUM number of sessions available for purchase per package is 12. All packaged sessions expire 6 months after purchase. Client may purchase as many packages as desired at this rate before the 1st month ends. Minimum is 4 sessions.

SIMPLE

We teach our clients SIMPLE and effective movements until they become more skilled to do complex movements.

MOTIVATION FREE

We make sure that the exercises we prescribe are MOTIVATION-FREE.  When motivation increases, adherence decreases.

ACTION-ORIENTED

We help our clients to understand the purpose of the exercise and the intended outcome.  This increases adherence.

RIGHT (CORRECT)

We make sure that the equipment we use and the movement our clients perform is the "right" one to get them result and keep them safe.

TIMELY

We focus our initial time together on developing the habit of exercise.  Thereafter, we develop a plan for getting results.

EVALUATE

After a thorough evaluation of your exercise progress, we identify the necessary "tweaks" for making improvements.

REPEAT AND RE-EVALUATE
