NEW CLIENT RATES 1 ON 1 – 60 MINUTES PERSONAL TRAINING [LIMITED TIME]
- 60 minutes 1:1 Personal Training Sessions: This service is ideal for new clients who want to train at a frequency that works best for their schedule while receiving the maximum session training services possible.
- New clients may invest in packages of 4 sessions (training 1x per week), 8 or 12 sessions (training 2x per week) or 12 sessions (training 3x per week).
TERMS
To be eligible for this rate, you must be a new client who is training at the YOUTRAINFITNESS Personal Training Studio for the first time. The client agrees to train at least 2x or 3x per week. Clients wanting to train 1x per week or on random days and times are ineligible for this rate (Please refer to our “Special Circumstances Rates). After the initial purchase of sessions, during the first month, the client may purchase additional sessions at $79. There is no limit to the number of sessions, however, the client acknowledges that any sessions remaining on the account after six months of the purchase date will expire and is nonrefundable. The client acknowledges that the sessions are nontransferable and are a one-time offer for new clients training at the YOUTRAINFITNESS Personal Training Studio only. This offer may not be combined with any other offer or discounts. If the client wishes to purchase additional sessions after the first month, the client agrees to purchase additional sessions at the regular rates.
YOUTRAINFITNESS reserves the right to cancel this offer at any time. All sessions purchased at the new client rate will be honored if this offer ends.
MEMBERSHIP RATES 1 ON 1 – 60 MINUTES PERSONAL TRAINING
- 60 minutes Personal Training Sessions: This service is ideal for clients who want the consistency and accountability toward reaching their training goals. Clients may invest in training 1x per week, 2x per week or 3x per week. Because this is a monthly subscription, clients are eligible for the following incentives based on their training frequency.
Monthly Membership 1-on-1 Personal Training Sessions Incentives
Training 1x per week
- Earn 5% off any Yoga class single or packaged sessions
- Earn 10% off retail merchandise
Training 2x per week
- All incentives from training 1x per week
- Earn 1 Free personal training session every 24 consecutive training session
- Earn 10% off all fee-based workshops/lectures.
Training 3x per week
- All incentives from training 2x per week
- Monthly check-in for 30 minutes to review current month’s goals and develop game plan for working on next month’s goal.
REGULAR RATES – 1 ON 1 – 60 MINUTES PERSONAL TRAINING
- If you prefer to follow a consistent schedule with quarterly follow-ups and without membership incentives, our regular rates packages are ideal.
- 60 minutes 1:1 Personal Training Sessions: This service is for clients who want to train at a frequency that works best for their schedule while receiving the maximum session training services possible.
- Clients may invest in packages of 4 sessions (training 1x per week), 8 or 12 sessions (training 2x per week) or 12 sessions (training 3x per week).
SPECIAL CIRCUMSTANCES – 1 ON 1 – 60 MINUTES PERSONAL TRAINING
- 60 minutes 1:1 Personal Training Sessions: This service is ideal for clients who want the ultimate flexibility to train at a frequency that works best for their schedule.
- Clients may invest a single session or a couple of sessions for addressing a specific training interest. For example: Learning exercises to develop the core muscles.
REGULAR RATES – 1 ON 1 – 45 MINUTES PERSONAL TRAINING
- 45 minutes 1:1 Personal Training Sessions: This service is ideal for clients who want to train at a frequency that works best for their schedule. Because this session is less than 60 minutes, clients may perform pre-training exercises on their own, prior to the start of the session. Clients may invest in packages of 4 sessions (training 1x per week), 8 or 12 sessions (training 2x per week) or 12 sessions (training 3x per week).
REGULAR RATES – 1 ON 1 – 30 MINUTES PERSONAL TRAINING
- 30 minutes 1:1 Personal Training Sessions: This service is ideal for clients who want to train at a frequency and shorter duration that works best for their schedule. Because this session is less than 60 minutes, clients may perform pre-training exercises on their own, prior to the start of the session. Clients may invest in packages of 4 sessions (training 1x per week), 8 or 12 sessions (training 2x per week) or 12 sessions (training 3x per week).
REGULAR RATES – 1 ON 1 – 60 MINUTES PROGRAM DESIGN
- We offer exercise program design(s) for persons who want a certified personal trainer to write-up an exercise program for them to follow. This process consists of six stages:
- Exploratory Stage 1 – Free 45 minutes consultation to discuss your health and fitness goals
- Workout Session 1: Stage 2 – Conduct fitness assessment to identify your fitness strengths and areas of needs improvements
- Behind the scenes: After fitness assessment, I analyze the data and create a report for presentation of the plan to improve your fitness level. A copy of the plan will be emailed to you for review.
- Workout Session 2: Stage 3 – Together we review the results briefly and agree on the method to follow for reaching your fitness goals. Exercise instructions follow
- Workout Sessions 3: Stage 4 – We review previous lesson then continue with additional exercise as part of your program design
- Workout Session 4: Stage 5: We review previous lessons then continue with additional exercise as part of your program design
- Workout Session 5: Stage 6: Your trainer reviews previous lessons by having you take the trainer through the entire program based on what you have learned for coaching results
This is a basic example of how the six sessions will be scheduled. In some cases, more exercise instruction sessions may be suggested based on the client’s need to receive more practice time performing the exercises in front of the trainer.

REGULAR RATES – 1 ON 1 – 45 MINUTES PARTNER TRAINING
- Working out with a partner is a great way to share accountability and this also helps you to share the cost of training sessions.
- 45 minutes Partner Training Sessions (2 people with 1 trainer): This service is ideal for clients who want to share the cost and training experience together. Clients who invest in partner training sessions do best when they have had some training experience and are near the same fitness level.
REGULAR RATES – 1 ON 3 – 45 MINUTES TRIO (THREE PEOPLE) TRAINING
- 45 minutes Trio Training Sessions (3 people with 1 trainer): This service is ideal for clients who want to share the reduced cost and training experience together. Clients who invest in trio training sessions do best when they have had some training experience and are near the same fitness level.
