Hello my name is Patrick and welcome to our BENTLEY RIDGE COMMUNITY PAGE!  This community page has been developed with the residents of Bentley Ridge Apartments in mind, however; business tenants, clients of businesses, customers of businesses, staff (who service the residential and commercial properties) and guests at Bentley Ridge Apartments are not excluded, if you would like to participate in any event/activity! 

Our company, YOUTRAINFITNESS (offering personal training and yoga), is located in building 5611-102 and specifically, we would like to help build a stronger community through physical activity and positive social interactions.  We believe yoga may help!

During the month of April, the company will sponsor a free yoga class each week.  There will be other activities in the future.  This is where we will start! 

If you are a resident of Bentley Ridge Apartments and you support this idea of improving physical activity and building positive social interactions, please email me and I will begin to build a community connection list of other like minded residents (and share with you) for the purpose of doing just that (no hidden agenda)!  Now back to yoga!

  • Advanced registration is required to take each class
  • Please register more than 6 hours before the class starts
  • Registration ends 6 hours before the class starts
  • Space is limited - up to 12 participants allowed each class
  • Bring your own mat or a rental mat is available for $3 each class
  • Our door opens 20 minutes before class starts to welcome you!
  • Our door closes 5 minutes before class starts to begin on time
  • Lockers available for personal items, please only bring essentials

WHAT IS YOGA

For workouts that are low to medium in intensity, yoga is a fantastic choice. Yoga comes in a wide variety, so you may pick a class that suits your interests or needs. All body types and ages benefit greatly from yoga, and starting a practice doesn’t have to be expensive. If you are new to yoga or have injuries, there are also several modifications available.

RECOMMENDATIONS FOR GETTING STARTED

  • Wear comfortable clothes
  • Bring a Mat
  • Go at your own pace
  • All of our instructors are certified to teach yoga

We have the right class for you based on your level of practice.  If you are new to yoga, our Restorative Yoga class is perfect for you.  Our Slow Flow class can also be performed by beginners because modifications will be provided. Talk with the instructor before the class and tell them about any injuries or health conditions you may have.

Wear comfortable clothing that makes it easy for you to move in. That may include wearing yoga pants, leggings, shorts, tank tops, or T-shirt to classes.

Bring a yoga mat, towel and a water bottle.  If you don’t have a yoga mat or towel, you can rent one for $3 each.

Listen to your body and go at a pace that’s comfortable for you.

Once you have taken your free yoga class, please consider investing in one of our reasonably priced prepaid packages to continue your practice at our facility.

DESCRIPTION: This invigorating evening flow class is designed to awaken your body and mind. We'll start with gentle warm-ups to prepare the body for a dynamic practice that blends flowing sequences with mindful holds. This class is suitable for all levels, from beginners to experienced practitioners.

RESTORATIVE YOGA WITH LATIKA

LEVEL: This class is best suited for those who are new to yoga, and excited to discover and build their yoga practice.

WHERE: YOUTRAINFITNESS Facility

INSTRUCTOR: Latika Arora

DESCRIPTION: This class will focus on traditional yoga practice, with basic asanas (postures), pranayama (breathing exercises), stretches and holds. An ideal introduction to yoga, this class will follow a gentler pace and focus on proper alignment and form.

ADDITIONAL YOUTRAINFITNESS® SERVICES
