It had been over 13 years since I lifted weights and I wasn’t sure where to start. I quickly realized that I needed the help of a personal trainer. I’ve been working with Patrick for the last 9 months and it’s been transformational! Patrick has taught me the proper techniques and form that I needed to do the exercises. Personal training with Patrick Service has been the greatest gift. I thought I was fairly healthy for a forty-something woman. I thought I was doing enough cardio workouts to keep aging, and unhealthy behavior at bay. However, what I learned, pretty quickly, is that strength training, hard work, a lot of planning, can be the healthiest step to living better, and increasing my overall capacity to be well. The real metric in Patrick’s high level quality of personal training was that my HGB A1C went down 0.3% from May 2018 to May 2019. That is a pretty substantial reduction and the main lifestyle behavior I incorporated was strength training with Patrick from January 2019 until present. Patrick’s personal training approach is comprehensive with a proper warm-up, balance, agility, cardiovascular, strength, and flexibility. He is an excellent personal trainer and a great person! I am extremely happy with my personal training experience, and I look forward to continue working with Patrick to help maintain the fantastic health he’s helped me to attain. Patrick is an exceptional trainer. I began working with him 3 years ago with the goal of getting back into shape, as I began my retirement. Patrick is an outstanding professional. He proved to be an expert in designing a program suitable for my specific needs. He is so thoughtful that considered scenarios including when at the gym, at home or traveling to create the best exercise combination for different circumstances.
Patrick is typically prepared with the exercises for your session and emails you a summary in addition to a hard copy that you will find in your folder at the gym. It is obvious how conscious he is to do an excellent and neat job and how determined he is to help you make a progress.

Well, working with Patrick for about 1 year and a half, I can say that I have been fortunate to meet and work with him because he is gifted with talent, knowledge and patience in tailoring the exercises based on your goals and standards of health.
My goals have been to have a better posture, to lose weight and to get some strength and muscles and at present time I can say that I achieved my goals because Patrick took me from that condition of beginner, explained the basics and then more advanced knowledge about how to work and how to stretch, how to keep a correct pace of the exercise and much more and of course the work itself. Besides the knowledge of training, Patrick knows a lot about what it is a healthy diet, vegan diet, and that helped me to keep a good balance between exercise and diet and I am vegan, feeling better at my age as a retired man, than I felt when I was in my twenties.
