As a resident, business tenant, customer or passerby, of the Bentley Ridge (or other Ticon Properties) community, we would like to offer you a free Yoga class!  If your future exercise goal is to improve your flexibility, balance, and core strength, yoga is just right for you.

***IF YOU ARE INTERESTED IN TAKING ANY CLASS, YOU MUST REGISTER IN ADVANCE. THE FIRST 10 PARTICIPANTS WILL BE ADMITTED.  THERE IS NO REGISTRATION AT THE DOOR AND REGISTRATION ENDS 6 HOURS BEFORE THE CLASS STARTS.***

WHAT IS YOGA

For workouts that are low to medium in intensity, yoga is a fantastic choice. Yoga comes in a wide variety, so you may pick a class that suits your interests or needs. All body types and ages benefit greatly from yoga, and starting a practice doesn’t have to be expensive. If you are new to yoga or have injuries, there are also several modifications available.

RECOMMENDATIONS FOR GETTING STARTED

  • Wear comfortable clothes
  • Bring a Mat (or we have a $3 rental mat during each visit)
  • Go at your own pace
  • All of our instructors have membership with yoga alliance and are certified to teach yoga

We have the right class for you based on your level of practice.  If you are new to yoga, our Restorative Yoga class is perfect for you.  Our Slow Flow class can also be performed by beginners because modifications will be provided. Talk with the instructor before the class and tell them about any injuries or health conditions you may have.

Wear comfortable clothing that makes it easy for you to move in. That may include wearing yoga pants, leggings, shorts, tank tops, or sports bras to classes.

Bring a yoga mat, towel and a water bottle.  If you don’t have a yoga mat or towel, you can rent one for $3 each.

Listen to your body and go at a pace that’s comfortable for you.

ADDITIONAL YOUTRAINFITNESS® SERVICES

  • If you want to get more personalized fitness help.  We offer 1 hour, 45 minutes and 30 minutes personal training lessons
  • Want to workout with a buddy?  We offer 45 minutes partner training (two people), and 45 minutes trio training (three people).
  • Want to have us design an exercise regimen that you can follow at the Audubon Lake Fitness Center or your own gym, we can help as well.

Persons who have visited our facility before to take a yoga class are ineligible.  

Once you have taken your first free class, we recommend that you invest in one of our reasonably priced prepaid packages to continue your practice at our facility.
