Persons who have visited our facility before to take a yoga class are ineligible.  During your first class, we may request your valid picture ID to confirm that this is your first class, then make a note in our computer system.  Once you have taken your first class, we request that you invest in one of our reasonably priced prepaid packages to continue your practice at our facility.  Thank you for your support and understanding.

DESCRIPTION: This class will focus on traditional yoga practice, with basic asanas (postures), pranayama (breathing exercises), stretches and holds. An ideal introduction to yoga, this class will follow a gentler pace and focus on proper alignment and form.

DESCRIPTION: This beginner-friendly class focuses on building a strong foundation in yoga, emphasizing alignment and breath awareness. We'll explore basic yoga postures, or asanas, with modifications offered to accommodate different levels of flexibility and strength. Through gentle movements and mindful breathing, we'll cultivate a sense of calm and inner peace.
