Perform the movement on the mat for the number of pushups based on your fitness level. BEGINNER LEVEL This exercise may be too challenging for beginners and not recommended. INTERMEDIATE LEVEL This exercise may be too challenging for intermediate level users. Exception may be to perform less than 26 plyometric pushups.
