YOUTRAINFITNESS® is a private personal training facility and our monthly rates are listed below for private semi-private (partner and trio) training and private 1-ON-1 personal training .  Each package renews monthly with no contract required.  Our monthly packages also provide the best value because at times there are more training days in the month vs your fixed training package.

If you would like to purchase a fixed number of sessions package (e.g. 4, 8, or 12), please contact us and we can provide you with our current rates.

Our training pricing strategy gives clients more control over their ability to get results. The more frequently clients train, the better their results because we can constantly adjust your training output based on your performance needs.
