This package requires the purchase of 12 lessons and is designed to help each participant progress at their own pace while still working together as a team. The program begins with six 30-minute personal training sessions for each participant. During these sessions, we assess individual needs and identify the best exercises for each person. After these initial lessons, both partners come together for six 45-minute partner training sessions. Here, we focus on exercises tailored to each participant's ability level, ensuring both can perform the movements with confidence and precision.

    This hybrid approach guarantees that by the end of the program, both partners will be able to perform exercises effectively, making the remaining lessons flow smoothly. If you and your partner have different fitness levels, the Personal and Partner Training Hybrid is perfect for you!
