We first start with a fitness assessment that includes some or all of the following based on the client’s ability:

  • Movement Screen

We then analyze the data and with our client’s input, tailor an individual plan to their fitness level/needs.

Finding YOUTRAINFITNESS has been the best thing to happen to my health! First of all, Patrick is just an all-around awesome, knowledgeable person and trainer. Secondly, the facility is immaculate!
