A personalized workout plan, when developed properly can help you to get the results you want. The skill-set of our clients vary.  Some clients are very skilled at performing various challenging exercises while some clients lack the ability.  Some clients are unsure of what to do to get the best results for their fitness goals. while some clients may focus on a specific type of exercise, such as stretching, to improve flexibility but overlook the necessity to improve cardiovascular endurance.  We will develop a balanced program. No pun intended!

The one area that many struggle is lack of knowledge of what to do to get the “edge.”  That’s where we come in with our exercise program design, or our S.M.A.R.T.E.R Approach when training!

Exercise is a science.  For example, knowing the order to perform an exercise routine, or which exercises, from several exercises, for the same muscle group matters.  This will provide the best outcome in what we will employ when we design your program for results and safety.  There is a reason why top athletes have coaches .  They have them to fill in the gaps of their knowledge.  Your program will be designed with our Knowledge, Skills and Abilities to get you results!

DESCRIPTION: When designing an exercise program, it’s more than just putting some exercises together. There is a science to this and it begins with a fitness assessment. Allow us to take you through this process so that you can learn how you will benefit by having us design your exercise regimen based on the exercises that are appropriate for you. Our process is outlined below.

We offer the service of designing an exercise program for persons who want a certified personal trainer to write-up a personalized workout plan for them to follow. This process consists of six sessions:

BELOW ARE OUR INITIAL SIX LESSONS FOR OUR EXERCISE PROGRAM DESIGN 

    • Exploratory Stage 1 – Free 45 minutes consultation with a certified personal trainer to discuss your health and fitness goals
    • Lesson 1: Stage 2 – A certified personal trainer conducts a fitness assessment to identify your fitness strengths and areas of needs improvements. After fitness assessment, the data are analyzed.  A report is created for presentation of the plan to improve your fitness level. A copy of the plan will be emailed to you for review.
    • Lesson 2: Stage 3 – 1:1 Personal Training Lesson – Together we review the results briefly and agree on the method to follow for reaching your fitness goals.  Exercise instructions then follows
    • Lesson 3: Stage 4 – 1:1 Personal Training Lesson – We review previous sessions then continue with additional exercise as part of your program design
    • Lesson 4: Stage 5: – 1:1 Personal Training Lesson –  We review previous sessions then continue with additional exercise as part of your program design
    • Lesson 5: Stage 6: – 1:1 Personal Training Lesson – Your trainer reviews previous sessions by having you take the trainer through the entire program based on what you have learned for coaching results
    • Lesson 6: Stage 7: – 1:1 Personal Training Lesson – Your trainer reviews previous sessions by having you take the trainer through the entire program based on what you have learned for coaching results

This is a basic example of how the six sessions will be scheduled. In some cases, more exercise instruction sessions may be suggested. This will be based on the client’s need to receive more practice time.

EXERCISE PROGRAM DESIGN RATES

The MINIMUM number of sessions available for purchase for this package is 6. The first 6 sessions are required for your program design at $80 per session. This packaged of sessions expire 3 months after purchase.  Additional sessions are $85 each for the same or future exercise program design.
